I use a lot of powerpoint and word documents in my work. I also often draw illustrations in both programs. I get really annoyed with the invisible grid that objects drawn seemed to cling to when I try to change them. You know: you want to lengthen a line to a specific spot but the program doesn’t allow you to do it. I was wondering if anyone knew how to turn this option off.
I took a look, but Office 07just confuses me… no advice
Click draw (on the drawing toolbar). Click grid. Look for "Snap objects to grid.:
