My A drive light has been continously on since the last time my computer was fixed. I didn’t think anything of it, until last night when I tried to access some stuff on a floppy, and realised the drive doesn’t work at all. All it does is say “A drive is not responding” and doesn’t even make a sound like it’s trying to read it.
Is there a simple way I can fix this without needing anyone to do it for me?
There was another few questions I was going to ask about other things, but I can’t remember them at the moment. Stay tuned.

take the ribbon cable off and turn it around… then it will go off and actually function.
A guy who stiffed me for $2000 came in the other day wanting me to convert info from a 5 1/4 floppy to a 3 1/2.
His ENTIRE invoicing and inventory control system is down!!!
Can’t do it. Can’t even plug a 3 1/2 floppy into a modern motherboard, the 5" ones is SO obsolete it will cost you $3000 to get the info off of that disk (shut up and play long)
I HOPE HE GOES FREAKING BROKE!!!

I can get really cool cheap cases, but none of the wholesalers i deal with have tubing, cathode lights or even colored fans for add-ons. Been having a good time making these ones with dreadful mother-of-pearl cases w blue burble lites for the little-old-lady crowd here. Kids love the handle cases for LAN parties.
Discovery in PG? Haven’t seen them yet. Are they in the Pine Center, they like malls?
