Does any one know of a Email converter to convert mail from Ms Outlook off a pc to Entourage Mac ?

Look for a way to export them in mbox format. That way they’ll be available to all kinds of e-mail clients. Then just burn them on CD or DVD, and start fresh on Entourage.

Do you need all 20,000 emails?
I think in Mozilla Thunderbird, you can import your e-mails, but do mass forwarding too.
