Skeena Bulkley Valley MP Nathan Cullen released his draft report on feedback from the economic development forums held in February, a report he planned to hand to the federal finance minister on Thursday, and it outlined a number of commonalities from the 10 communities involved in the process including Prince Rupert, Masset and Queen Charlotte.
