Well, that would be a bit of a lie… The dog got yelled at a lot for eating Moose Guts. Her feelings were deffinately harmed.

Not a fan of bug dope, or does the smell scare off the Moose?
Didn’t have any at the time, but was the first thing on the shopping list for the following day.
It all depends on where you are with respect to the wind, and Moose are pretty dumb, so it’s easy to overestimate their abilities.
For the sake of comfort, we loaded on the dope for the rest of the trip and still managed to bag a moose.
Native people are so lucky. I wish I could shoot moose out of season. And people.
What makes you think the only people hunting moose right now are native?
I’m not sure of any of the exact dates but as far as I know we’re in the midsts of moose hunting season. Is it over already, or what?
I suppose it is moose hunting season, although it is still very early and the rut surely hasn’t started yet. It completely slipped my mind.
I assumed it was taken out of season because of the blackflies, but I guess they vary depending on your region.
Blackflies are thick on account of it was still 18 degrees during the day…
It’s hunting seasons on account of it is LEH from September 10th to 24th for this draw…
The rut hasn’t started, on account of it’s too hot, that’s why we’re so good at killing moose in their “Chill Out Zone”…
