There is a beautiful dog, part Collie/Shep X (Maybe??) loose between Alfred and Conrad on 11th. He is wandering up and down the road, sitting in the middle of the street. I have tried to call him but he just looks at me and wags his tail and walks up the road obviously looking for his owner. Hopefully you will read this. I have seen him a few times before, so people, please tie up your dog as this fella is in danger out there. Hopefully he will be home safe and sound soon.
