I welcome Wal-Mart with open arms, local business has been hosing all of us for so long, Looks like Cow Bay won’t have Cruise ships, or locals. Time to get competitive, instead of preying on those 139 km from decent shopping. Looks like Safeway won’t be selling much overpriced toilet paper for inflated “free” air miles…
