How the hell that got in there with out causing any damage is my thought.

Nah, if it was flying, the shadow wouldn’t be touching the plane. Take a look at the cars next to it, they have shadows too, just shorter ones (they’re not as tall as the plane).
Look at the shadows from the buildings and lightpoles, etc. If the plane was flying, it would have to be flying lower than the nearby buildings.
It’s a MiG-21.
