Thanks for the link BigThumb.  I’m still not sure about them though.  Any references I googled of them seemed like self-promotion. 

Here’s another link.  It’s about advances in the treatment of diabetes related wounds that often lead to amputation.  Be warned there are no images but it can be a bit unsettling.  Very interesting.
