How do i put a link or whatever you call it on a topic?

all i see are smily faces no other icons like the kind to post a web page or link on the web ?what am i doing wrong why is it so frustrating

You need to insert html tags.  Check out the second and fourth posts in the FAQ.

You can also just type out (or copy and paste) the URL like this:

themainframe.ca/2009/08/10/wii-s … rt-flying/

It should automagically make it into a link for you.
