I am quite new to town and I was wondering where a good place might be to do some shore casting for Trout? I guess from here to say about half-way to Terrace!

Tona lake. There shoudl be a marked trail right before the turnoff to rainbow lake. If you have a canoe you can also paddle down the right side of rainbow lake and hike in from the waterfall.
