so if jack moustache wants to replace the firehall and police station and make them one entity with the paramedics , in a central location . ill be the first to suggest the acropolis lot with it being right by the hospital for the ambulances and central in town for everything.

Isn’t the police station basically in the middle of town? The hospital is the middle of the West side. Or are you saying the middle of “down town”?
Replacing the police station and the fire hall is not a want for this city. It’s a need. I haven’t been in the fire hall for a while, but the police station is in a pitiful state.

Well there’s a whack of infrastructure money coming in to the province from the Liberal budget and the Conservative plans, maybe the Mayor has plans to use that for the new building, only need to find thirty three percent of the cost then… of course the question remains though where’s the money.
I am guessing somewhere deep in our back pockets:)

I wonder if the City could use these assets for leverage - you know, in lieu of matching dollars, have an “In-Kind Contribution of (insert asset), valued at $$$$”.
