the motherboard on my hp laptop failed. When i called hp tech support they told me that this is a problem they are having with this type of laptop, but their is nothing they can do about it as the recall ran out in march. they also told me that they would not have replaced the mb if i was not having a problem before. (i started having problems 2 weeks ago)
so i am stuck between a rock and a hard place, does anyone have any suggestions as who i can contact?
