This isn’t a Ministry concern if the child isn’t at risk…there’s no law says one can’t take a child out at night.
If the mother is doing drugs or engaging in prostitution while in care of the child or if she leaves the child on the sidewalk while she pops in for a beer then there is an issue.
I had a visit today from Alderman Kinny who is concerned and I am sure this will be a topic for discussion at the Cities next council meeting.
