Felt something funny just a second ago here, whole house seemed to shake. Wonder if it was an earthshaker?
I’ll confirm that. I didn’t feel anything but I was in a cab at 3 and the cabby had his scanner on and the cops were talking bout it. Apparantly phones were ringing in Rupert, Terrace and Kitimat. I totally thought I’d be the first to post about it as well.
I thought I was tripping out this morning. I got up for a glass of water and curtains started swaying. I woke up the whole house, needless to say they thought I was losing it.

Does Rupert count as mainland even though we are an island?
the common canadian doesn’t know that… its easier to say that wwe’re on the mainland than saying “The quake was also felt on Kaien island town of Prince Rupert, and mainland places like Stewart, Terrace and Kitimat.”
Felt it over here too. It felt like someone was under my bed shaking it… I wasn’t sure if I was dreaming it or what.
