my blackberry curve has been pretty damn trustworthy. Flew out of my truck at 80+km/hr a couple times and once outta the car at about 100km/hr.
It has a few dings and scratches but the screen is solid (no cracks). Trackballs are its only weakness I’ve gone through 3 in 2 years at 10.00 a pop its not a big deal though.
sounds tough , not into the blackberrys though, more like the motorola w450 just ordered one thorough dell but please keep on posting about your tough phones .
I bought an Otter Box impact series cover for my Blackberry. Now the thing is bomb proof.

its a very solid flip phone
hey photoguy thanks for pointing out those otter box cases. i see they make some nice ones for the iphone 4.
il be ordering one of those for mine when i get one
chalk up another 110km/hr fall for my blackberry (no case) wife left it on the roof… again.
i recently bought an otter box (model:defender) while on vacationing on Vancouver Island.
I am absolutly impressed by the protectivity of this accessory for my BB curve. A bit pricey at $65 ( other otter box models were cheaper) but a small insurance package for reliability and endurance.
I highly recommend it for its impact and water protection
