If you’re making phone calls to Ottawa to save Coast Guard services on the West coast, might be an idea to take Conservative MP Cheryl Gallant off your speed dial.

Helpful advice from the Ontario MP, considering the highest waves on the Ottawa River probably come in at oh what two feet tops! Not too sure she understands the purpose of a coast guard though.
