There has been a report of 2 Irish Setters wandering downtown last seen about 1/2 hour ago by Dollar Store on 3rd. Have left a message with bylaw, hoping they will be found before they are hurt in traffic! There aren’t many Setters in Rupert, if anyone knows who the owners may be, please contact them, they may not be aware they are loose. They are staying together.
