I found a Male Jack Russel Terrier running around on 2nd Avenue on Tuesday.
He was wearing a choke collar and leather harley davidson collar.
I called the city bi-law and he was brought to the SPCA.
He looked pretty scared, but still really freindly. And is now in good hands.
I got a couple pictures. Hopefully this pup will find his home.
