Scope: Prep work (started) including Planning, Driving pipe, footings, drainage, forms, prepare order for concrete and backfill.  
Must be able to start now and be 100% reliable and trustworthy.  
Previous examples of similar work completed in town essential with references.  
Should only be 4-5 days.  
Limited tools available. Owner help (grunt work) 50%.
