3 days in a row now on Citywest cable the channels keep crapping out. Anyone else having any cable issues mine are really bad on 16,21 feedback would be nice thanks
Now its working but yesterday lasted bout 2 hours pretty bunk
Can’t help you there, prefer Shaw Direct myself, haven’t had a problem with their service since I had the thing installed, that includes the occassional snow storm, a simple push of the broom and I have TV for another six hours or until the sun comes up which ever comes first 
Now 16,20,21 no service at all
Maybe give them a call and ask what’s up with that?
Good plan i just hate calling down there lol might do it though
just press zero… takes you to an operator faster LOL

its what they are there for to answer your calls. i dont think you’ll ever find a service that is perfect
