Anyone know what is going on here? Excavators are digging out what looks like a large area of land for what looks like a foundation for something.

I believe it is the location for the new RCMP detachment building but that could be a rumour !

I thought the new RCMP building was going up next to the arts theatre?
Cool , if a cop shop is going there , maybe they can put a Tim Hortons close by too in the near future .
