With the price of gas rising at the pump, Esso stations across Western Canada may find that the line ups are getting smaller. But it won’t have anything to do with the increase in price, rather it will be all about supply, or lack of it.

Esso stations across the west have been advised that they may soon see shortages of both gasoline and diesel, as refinery problems in Edmonton limit the supply to retail operations.
Already this week stations in Alberta have had to close down their pumps as shipments have been cancelled and tanks run dry, leaving motorists to drive around to alternate locations to fuel up…
