Last week the route ro rabl.nuclearelephant.com went down for a short time. Couldn’t ping them, they couldn’t ping our server. Outside mail to our domains got rejected until I hashed out their reference in my postfix/main.cf
The last few days there was a huge upsurge in spam on our systems, so I checked today, pinged ok, so I unhashed that line.
Two spams since on my main account…
Anyone else notice anything? I’m using a howtoforge ‘how to stop spam before it enters the server’ setup, and it’s been quite good. Blocks over 90,000 spams a day on my main server.
