seems to me Sun Wave just wants to keep delaying the case, why wait until next spring? Demand an earlier court date for the first 2 cases, in other words lets get it over with or is Sun Wave to scared to get it over with? next year they might add another lawsuit against the city to delay it again.
One does not simply march into mordor.
