That’s the guy that you should be smacking around. Somewhere between the engine and the radiator. Of course, that picture is for the starter out of a DeLorean, but it’s close enough.
When you say it “doesn’t start”, how do you describe what happens when you turn the key to start it? Does it do nothing? Does it make any noises? Does the motor crank over, but not fire up?
